isn't this a pyramid?
Fair question. And I'm glad you're asking it. A pyramid lives off recruitment alone: whoever got in first earns at the expense of whoever comes next, and nothing real is being sold. This is the opposite. At the centre there's a product that exists and that people already buy every single day: travel. The base of what I earn comes from selling and supporting well-made trips: if nobody sold trips, there'd be no business at all.
I'm transparent about one thing: I also grow when my team grows, because I train and support each person, properly and constantly. But that's not what the business stands on; it's what accelerates it. Think of a travel agency opening more points of sale: it still lives off selling trips, just with more hands doing it well. I earn by helping build something that truly sells, not by adding names to a list.
